The ground rules for using Livermore Hub
These terms explain, in plain language, how you can use LivermoreHub during the founding launch, what we expect from participants and contributors, and how reviewed business profiles are prepared. Using LivermoreHub means you agree to these terms.
Owner submissions
Business details and media submitted for a profile must be accurate and shared with permission. Publication requires the authorization described in the owner submission form.
Business profiles
Public profiles require owner confirmation and review before publication. Earlier imported listings are not part of the public founding directory. Profile updates go through review; owner confirmation does not establish credential verification.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the directory, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Good to know
Profile accuracy. Published founding profiles are prepared with owner input and review. If you spot something off, let us know via the contact page.
Third-party services. Some features may use Google services for maps or places data, governed by Google's own terms. Submissions and inquiries are stored with Supabase.
Changes. We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer. LivermoreHub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't responsible for third-party businesses listed in the directory. For serious issues, please contact the businesses directly.
