This page explains, in plain language, how LivermoreHub handles information during the founding launch — including contact inquiries, founding participation, and owner submissions under review.
Owner submissions
Information submitted through a private owner invitation is stored for LivermoreHub’s review and is not automatically published. See the owner workspace privacy page for how those submissions are handled.
Published profiles
During the founding launch, only reviewed business profiles are shown publicly. Published profiles may include confirmed business locations or service areas when the owner has authorized them.
Third-party services
LivermoreHub uses Vercel for hosting and public-site analytics, Google Analytics for public-page visits and business contact-button clicks, Sentry for error monitoring without session replay or default personal-data collection, and Supabase for account and submission storage. Public inquiries are stored privately in Supabase for LivermoreHub to review and respond. Google Analytics uses measurement cookies. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Private owner and staff workspaces are excluded from analytics; form contents and invitation credentials are not sent as analytics events. HighLevel sends submission notifications to the site operator. Email replies are handled by the email providers involved.
How information may be used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review founding participation, prepare reviewed business profiles, and improve the experience for residents and businesses.
We may retain records needed for fraud prevention, moderation, and compliance with legal or platform requirements.
Some site features may use Google services for maps or sign-in. Those services process information according to their own privacy terms.
